As an Alexandria resident of more than 25+ years, Kristen is passionate about her city in every way. She loves where she lives and it shows in her work. The level of customer service she provides to her clients is why she is a sought-after listing and buyers agent in the DC Metro area. 

Her local knowledge of the market is invaluable, and her ability to negotiate for her clients is unmatched. Throughout her real estate career, Kristen has applied her experience with personal and professional renovations as well as her eye for design.   She enjoys working with clients on everything from choosing paint, light fixtures, tile, arranging furniture, and choosing hardwood floor colors. Kristen’s clients also enjoy access to a coveted list of exceptional vendors and contractors.

Kristen grew up working at her grandparents' lumber yard and hardware store just north of The City of Pittsburgh, PA.  Coming from a family of entrepreneurs coupled with being a daughter of a (Ret.) United States Army Command Sergeant Major, she was taught the importance of discipline, hard work, and dedication. She also learned that cultivating personal relationships is the foundation of a successful business. Kristen’s core belief is that delivering extraordinary service to your clients is paramount.  

Kristen and her husband Nathan, have two boys and live in Old Town.  The two are very active in the community and within the boys schools. They support locally owned businesses and restaurants in any way they can to help the community they love continue to thrive.

After working as the Operations Manager for McEnearney Associates Realtors, Inc. Sabrina grew up in Germany and the Metro Detroit area. She and her husband reside in Alexandria and enjoy taking their son around town to the local playgrounds, shops, and restaurants. She speaks fluent German and is an avid soccer fan.
